Insurance: Dr. Amstutz is a provider for many insurances and managed care companies, including BCBS PPO, Medicare UNC, Aetna and Magellan. Our office will gladly submit forms to your insurance company.

DIRECTIONS: The office is accessible from Highway 355 or the East-West Tollway. Take the Roosevelt Road exit heading west off of 355. Continue west on Roosevelt (Route 38) through Glen Ellyn and into Wheaton. After crossing Naperville Road, continue past two stoplights (Main Street and West Street). Just before the third stoplight (Carlton Avenue) the office will be to your left on the south side of the street. Turn left into the parking lot, continue straight ahead. I am the second door on your left, on the second floor. From I-88, exit onto Naperville Road and take Naperville to Roosevelt Road and turn left. From this intersection follow the previous directions to the office.
